Health & Safety Policy
Providing a safe and healthy working environment and ensuring the continuity of it, is the most important responsibility of any company. By law this responsibility is established.
As RZN Construction, as well as already exceeding the base requirements, we aim to show our difference by aiming at ceiling measures.
In this scope:
- Our employees are able to contact with the workplace doctor in case of need or request.
- Our work-sites are inspected regularly, at least once a week by the A-B class Occupational Health and Safety experts provided by the OHS Company that we actively work with. These inspection reports are carefully investigated and followed. Within these inspections, each one of our members, including the company administration and employees, work in collaboration to determine and eliminate any risk factors. As a corporate company, we enlighten and supervise all of our employees on this issue. We believe that these qualities can only be obtained by collaboration.
- We train our employees in a qualified way in risk management, to define, control and eliminate hazards.
As RZN Construction, we value our employees. That’s why we encourage all of our employees from our masters to engineers to become better equipped. We support our employees to obtain documents such as mastership certificates by cooperating with professional competence companies. We show our difference by providing any kind of support and encouragement for any personnel who wants to improve themselves and, in this way, we benefit our staff and the society that we live in.
